Thank you for supporting PawHelpCenter. This policy explains how donations and refunds work on pawhelpcenter.com.

1. Donations are gifts

Every payment made on this website is a voluntary donation to help dogs and cats in need. You do not receive goods or services in return, and nothing is shipped to you.

2. How donations are used

Donations pay for the care of dogs and cats, such as food, vet care, medicine, bedding and a safe place to stay, and for the costs of accepting donations, such as payment processing fees.

• Help Dogs donations are used to help dogs.
• Help Cats donations are used to help cats.
• Donate Where Needed Most donations are used wherever dogs or cats need help most at the time.

3. Refunds

Because donations are gifts, they are generally not refundable.

If you made a mistake, for example you donated the wrong amount or donated twice by accident, email us at hello@pawhelpcenter.com within 14 days of your donation and we will refund it. Please include your order number and the email address you used.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. It can take several business days for your bank to show the refund.

4. Receipts and tax

You receive an email confirmation after every donation. We do not issue tax receipts, and donations are not tax-deductible.

5. Payments you did not make

If you see a donation on your statement that you did not make, contact us right away and we will look into it with our payment provider.
